PhotoBet is an event photo delivery service. Photographers upload a gallery and share its link or QR code. Guests can use a selfie to find matching photos and download where enabled.

The main customer is an event photographer or small studio delivering to many attendees. An organizer working with a photographer may also use it, provided they agree who manages the gallery and pays for the plan.

No app installation or photographer account is required for the standard shared-gallery flow. Guests open the event link in a browser and follow its access steps. A separate guest-contribution flow may ask for a name.

Photographers can offer free downloads or enable paid original photos for an event. In a paid gallery, browsing and selfie search are free; the gallery shows the per-photo price before checkout. The photographer’s delivery plan is separate from a guest’s photo purchase.

The guest supplies a selfie through the event gallery. PhotoBet uses facial matching to look for similar faces in that event’s processed photographs. Results may be incomplete or incorrect. Read the face-search notice before using it.

It may not. Results depend on the photographs, the selfie and completed processing. Try a clear, well-lit selfie, or ask the photographer for help. A match is a search result, not identity verification or exclusive access to an image.

Some gallery settings allow wider browsing. If you prefer not to use face search and browsing is unavailable, ask the photographer for another way to receive your photos.

Yes, when guest uploads are enabled for the event. Follow the upload instructions and contribute only photos you are allowed to share. Contributions count toward the account’s applicable limits.

JPG/JPEG, PNG and WEBP images. Free allows individual images up to 10 MB; paid plans allow up to 50 MB. Total photo and storage allowances also apply. RAW files and video uploads are not part of the launch offer.

Yes. The ZIP transfer limit is 5 GB. Each image inside must meet the image-file requirements, and the extracted collection must fit your remaining photo and storage allowances. ZIP size is not additional account storage.

No. Free is a limited plan with 1 active event, 50 stored photos and 1 GB. No card is required. It is suitable for evaluating a small gallery, not for promising permanent hosting.

No. Stored-photo and storage limits are account totals. Existing files continue to count. Active events are the events active at the same time, not a fresh monthly allocation.

When payment is confirmed, not on the event date. Every paid launch plan covers one calendar month. Review the paid-through date in your account after activation.

No. Paid plans renew manually. Renewing the same plan before expiry extends its end date. Changing plans starts a new period without prorated credit for the previous plan.

Free limits apply. The current expiry process does not automatically delete existing files. Confirm gallery access and retention arrangements with PhotoBet before committing to a real event, and keep your own copies.

The catalog has fixed ETB and USD prices. Available payment methods are shown for the selected currency at checkout. Review the final order amount before continuing to payment.

Photographer and Studio include custom branding. All paid plans include custom watermarking. These inclusions do not imply a custom domain or a full design editor.

No. You can share your gallery link through your usual messaging tools. Automatic personalized WhatsApp campaigns are not part of the launch offer.
