For wedding photographers
Give the couple one wedding gallery they can share with their guests. QR or link access and selfie search help attendees look for relevant photos without asking you to assemble a separate folder for each person.

The client stays part of the decision
Some couples want to share their photographs widely. Others want a smaller audience or prefer to send the gallery themselves. Agree the handover before distributing an event link.
PhotoBet is useful when you want attendees to find relevant photographs within a shared collection. If your job is simply to send the complete set to one client, an ordinary folder or your existing client gallery may already be enough.
A wedding delivery plan
Agree which photographs guests should receive. Upload the intended collection, check processing and test its access and download settings on a phone.
Give them the link and simple instructions, or agree where a QR card will appear. Explain when the photographs will be ready rather than promising immediate delivery.
Explain selfie search, available downloads and who to contact for a missing photo. Keep another delivery option for guests who cannot or prefer not to use a selfie.
Count the photos already in your account alongside the next wedding. Photo and storage limits are shared across events; renewing a plan does not reset those allowances.
For example, 2,500 stored photos on the 3,000-photo Photographer plan leave room for up to 500 more, provided storage and active-event capacity also fit. This is a capacity example, not a recommended wedding size.
Paid plans cover one calendar month from confirmed payment and renew manually. Confirm gallery availability and retention arrangements before promising the couple a hosting period. Keep your own copies of the photographs.
Photographer and Studio include supported custom branding; paid plans include custom watermarking. These do not imply your own domain or a complete website designer.
