Upload your photos
Select supported image files or upload a ZIP collection within the displayed limits. Keep the upload open until the transfer finishes, then check processing progress.
Check the guest view
Open the sharing link on a phone. Check the event details, access steps and a permitted download. If you use selfie search, test with a consenting person who appears in the photos.
Share the gallery
Copy the link or download the QR code. Send it through your usual client communication or include the QR code on an event card.
Complete the handover
Tell guests when photos are ready and who to contact for help. Keep your own copies and make the expected gallery-access period clear to the client.

The gallery opens in your browser. If it asks for an access code, use the code provided by the photographer or organizer.
Find matching photos
Read the face-search information, then choose whether to use a selfie. Follow the on-screen camera instructions. Some events also allow browsing the wider gallery.
Choose and download
Review the results and download the photos available to you. If a photo is missing or downloading is unavailable, contact the photographer.
Before a real event
- Check the photos and storage already in your account, as well as the new upload.
- Allow time for upload and processing on the connection you will use.
- Confirm the permissions needed for the photos and face-search workflow.
- Agree how long the client needs access, and discuss the applicable paid period and retention arrangements with PhotoBet.
What to expect
You share the gallery link or QR code. PhotoBet does not automatically send each guest a personal WhatsApp message. Matching helps guests search; it does not guarantee every photo or prove identity.
